As we crossed the border to Burma, things immediately became a lot poorer and the facilities more basic. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the Inle Lake where whole communities live in houses over the water. We then went on the Mandalay where there were a lot and temples and statues of Buddha to look at. October 2017.
